Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026

At BroadVisa, we are committed to providing a transparent and professional service. Please read the following refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. Applications Successfully Processed

Once an application has been successfully processed, approved, issued, or submitted to the relevant government authority, no refund will be available.

This applies regardless of whether the customer subsequently decides not to travel or no longer requires the travel document.

2. Incomplete Applications

After payment, customers may be required to provide additional travel information, supporting documentation, or other details necessary to complete their application.

If the required information is not provided, the application cannot be processed.

Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided that:

  • the application has not yet been submitted to the relevant authority;
  • no government fees or third-party costs have been incurred;
  • no substantial processing work has already been completed.

After this 24-hour period, BroadVisa reserves the right to retain all or part of the service fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

3. Applications Submitted Outside Government Processing Windows

Certain destinations only allow applications to be submitted within a specific timeframe before travel.

When an application is received outside the permitted submission window, BroadVisa may place the application on hold until it becomes eligible for submission.

Customers who wish to cancel such an application may request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the notification that their application has been placed on hold.

If no refund request is received within this period, BroadVisa may continue preparing and managing the application on the customer’s behalf. Once processing activities have commenced, the service fee becomes non-refundable.

4. Incorrect or Inaccurate Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.

BroadVisa shall not be responsible for delays, rejections, additional costs, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the customer.

Refunds will generally not be available where processing cannot be completed due to customer-provided errors or omissions.

5. Government Fees and Third-Party Costs

Government fees, taxes, consular fees, and any third-party charges incurred on behalf of the customer are non-refundable once they have been paid or committed.

Where applicable, only the BroadVisa service fee may be considered for refund.

6. Duplicate Applications

If a customer accidentally submits duplicate applications for the same traveler and trip, BroadVisa may, at its discretion, issue a refund for the duplicate order if no processing work has been carried out.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

BroadVisa reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at its sole discretion, issue full or partial refunds as a gesture of goodwill.

8. Chargebacks

Customers experiencing any issue with their application are encouraged to contact BroadVisa before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer.

We are committed to reviewing all concerns promptly and working toward a fair resolution whenever possible.
